4 Stars Limited Lifetime
Apparently Amazon thinks this is battery pack is a game, haha…

Oh well… the pack is good… But won’t last forever… mine lasted about a year and a half.

5 Stars Great
Must-have if you don’t feel like changing batteries every week or so saves alot of money in the long run.

5 Stars great product
I have 3 of these battery packs and the quick charger. Its the worst when you’re in the middle of a game (esp online) and your batteries die. For $12, these battery packs are pretty much a no-brainer. They’re solidly made (though I still hate the clam-shell packaging which makes it hard to open) and I’ve recharged a single pack, easily two dozen times. So far as I can tell, it still has full charge. Think about it this way – a package of AA batteries costs about $8-10 depending on where you go. You’ll burn through those batteries in a month or two, or shorter if you use the netflix feature on x-box live and forget to turn off your controller while watching. Your usage will obviously greatly vary, but you could be conceivably paying $30-40/year on batteries!

$12 for a battery pack.

1 Star Don’t buy the pink one
I have had a battery for my white controller for several years and havn’t had any problems. I bought a pink controller and i didn’t use it for a few weeks and it wouldn’t hold a charge anymore. So i bought another one which i uses on a more regular basis, and it stopped holding a charge and it’s only been a few months. I kept it plugged up for like a day, and it starting working again like normal. It worked for about two weeks and now it won’t charge again. I can keep it plugged up for hours and as soon as i unplug it it cuts off. I would give my white battery pack five stars, but the pink one is junk.

5 Stars Lasts Long Pink Battery
This was a great deal! The battery lasts very long before you have to charge it and it gets great distance. I recommend buying this if you have a pink controller and need a battery pack.

3 Stars Read the comic book. put the controller down.
Mike patton. gangster hell. strange powers. even stranger controls. STILL NOT A GOOD GAME!!! How!? I had to cuddle with my virtual girlfriend in front of an old movie for TEN MINUTES till she fell asleep and I could progress in the game!!! That’s how!

4 Stars Kids loved the game, I loved the price!
Video games and kids; an expensive mix. This game was less than half the store price. My son loves it and I saved money. No brainer.

4 Stars pretty good.
Story is great as well the acting and visuals. As for replay value, its more or less.

4 Stars good choice
the game was pretty good. to be honest i expected more of it. but it had the mob type gun slinging fun witch i enjoyed but it really took to long and nothing really exciting ever happened and you expected it to be more exciting and the end of the game was kinda lame but maybe they plan on making a darkness 2. either way i enjoyed the game and for the price here on amazon it was a good choice but i will definitely trade it in to the next game stop for something new after beating the game.

4 Stars Surprisingly Satisfying
My expectations were fairly low on this game, even though it was was recommended to me by a friend. Playing through this game is turning out to be a great experience.

The story itself is so-so. The mafia-based struggle is the real driving force and plays out well. But, the whole Darkness conflict seems to fall apart the more I think about it. The Darkness can control him, but it can’t? If you don’t think about it too much, it works fairly well.

The voice acting is top notch. If the on-screen presentation of said acting was better, the atmosphere would have really benefited tons.

The gameplay is very reminiscent of Condemned, but without the crime-solving. I say this in a good way, as I don’t think there is much more they could have done to improve this aspect.

Overall, a very solid game with a lot of well polished features. There is a lot to like about this game, and the stuff I do point out is just me being over-critical of it. I thoroughly recommend this.

5 Stars Halo Books: Son Loves Them!
My son had been wanting this set for a while, but I didn’t like the bookstore prices. Once I found them at Amazon.com, it was a no-brainer. Great Price, Fast Shipping, Brand New!

5 Stars Awesome
So far I’ve only read the first book: The Fall of Reach, but I’m reading the others now, and they are all great, the writers are fantastic

5 Stars Awesome
I purchased this item for my son. He loved it so much, that he already finished reading them.

5 Stars Three of the Coolest Books Ever
These books are not going to win major awards and they aren’t going to revolutionize the science fiction genre, but they are still three of the best books I’ve ever read, and I will always hold them dear to my heart because they were the books that led me to video gaming in general and, specifically, Halo.

“Halo: Fall of Reach” is definitely the best of the three, describing the backstory of the games and the backstory of Master Chief. Eric Nylund does an exceptional job here, and his writing style is crisp and concise and so much fun to read that I’ve often read this book alone without going on to read the rest of the books in sequence (though I have obviously read all of them).

“Halo: The Flood” is definitely the weakest of the three. William C. Dietz’s entry is basically the story of the first Halo game in written form, complete with all the exact same dialog and very little extra. It’s not a bad book, but if you’ve played the game then you’ve basically read the book, just, without all of those words.

“Halo: First Strike” is one that I haven’t read often, but still love. It has a ton of information in it and is just as action-packed and well-written as the first Nylund book in the series, but it always sort of confused me. Still, this is a great book.

Together the three books offer up over 900 pages of awesomeness, and if you’re looking for more when you’re done reading those, look up Halo: Ghosts of Onyx (also by Mr. Eric Nylund) and Halo: Contact Harvest by Joseph Staten. Also, please check out ericnylund.net, perhaps the best author blog ever.

4 Stars Adds depth to the game
The books were written very well in the story style of the game. Because of that it added quite a lot of depth to the characters and explained a lot of the less-elaborated on nuances of the storyline.
